We are looking to recruit a Womenswear Social Media Executive, reporting to the Womenswear Social Media Manager, who will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging women’s content tailored specifically to the New Look customer. You will be responsible for the planning and creation of womenswear content across New Look’s core social media channels.


You will provide community management for New Look social pages, including copywriting and assisting with creative planning. You will assist in the day-today running of our Women’s social channels and be the voice of the brand online, responding to and engaging with fans.



• Write and publish social posts, ensuring they are on brand
• Work with Social Media Managers to implement social media strategies for the group
• Work with the Social Media Managers to implement and communicate social media guidelines
• Working on influencer/blogger activity maintaining solid relationships and activations outside of our programme
• Support Social Content Editor on sourcing social media imagery
• Assisting the organization of social shoots
• Responsible for all the social media reporting and KPIs
• Responsible for reporting on all social mentions from brand events
• Maintaining a continuously updated shoppable Instagram
• Keep up to date on emerging trends on social media, to include both fashion and technology trends
• Coordinating any administrative for the social team



• Strong understanding of all social media platforms
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Experience of community management and social media monitoring
• Experience in content generation and creation
• Excellent communication and copy writing skills
• A good understanding of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter advertising
• Ability to deal with external stakeholders and with senior management
• Strong communication skills
• Must be adaptable and quick-thinking



• 2+ years relevant industry experience ideally through client experience
• You will have previously worked for a fashion house or beauty company
• Experience and interest in the retail sector
• Proven track record in managing social media channels
• Experience of using social CMS tools
• Basic knowledge of Sprinklr and of any other social media listening tool
• Experience in social media reporting tools
• Presentation skills
• Interest in Photography


• Bachelor Degree
