About the Role:


New Look Store Card

• Supports the Senior Store Card & B2B manager in the delivery of the end to end Store Card marketing strategy
• Builds strong working relationships with the Ikano Bank team who provide the end to end delivery of our Store Card
• Supports all reporting and analysis of Store Card internally
• Ensures all stores receive the correct  POS and communication for Store Card
• Understands the importance of Store Card communications adhering to direct marketing and data protection rules and regulations and are aligned to the brand proposition
• Works closely with the retail operations and trade marketing teams to ensure all communication is consistent and aligns with UK trade marketing calendars


B2B – Gift Card & Cash Back

• Supports the Senior Store Card & B2B manager in the delivery  of multi retail, mall and corporate gift card marketing strategy
• Is the direct contact and support to selected B2B partners
• Is the direct contact and support for all retail business discounts scheme’s i.e. Blue Light discounts and is responsible for all key internal communications of these schemes to retail
• Supports in the reporting  and analysis and for B2B internally
• Supports in administrate activities for B2B (contracts/communications/presentations)


• Regularly completes competitor analysis and suggest new opportunities for B2B Gift Card, Cash Back and Store Card
• Supports manager in the development of all presentations for B2B Gift Card, Cash Back and Store Card
• Attends meetings with and on behalf of manager with internal stakeholders, external agencies and partners


About YOU:

Numbers guru:  You are great with numbers and enjoy working with complex financial models

Devil is in the details: You pay attention to detail - you're good with numbers and organisation

Technical:  Comfortable with the whole MS suite

People Person: You’ve got super-strong influencing and communication skills - with your fellow New Look'ers and especially with external partners

Embrace the pace: Enjoy  working at an extremely fast pace  where plans can change hourly

Gloriously passionate:  Enthusiasm for fashion and retail marketing and a keen willingness to learn
