What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for category and search results across all channels and devices
• Support VM Assistants in managing and optimising web taxonomy, navigation & category structures  across channels and devices
• Make recommendations to product ranking and placement rules to maximise returns
• Reviewing available commercial and trading reports and taking action on a daily basis ensuring content supports trade plans
• Own Ratings and Reviews portal and utilise the tool to ensure effective presentation across channels
• Ensure where possible that content is matched to user based on user profile, context (on site) or behaviour on site
• Optimise online category presentation to maximise sales potential, reviewing and optimising the customer journey
• Work closely with Digital team to support strategic project initiatives
• Manage and develop the Assistants and act as a positive role model for the team and peers
• Identify & respond to new competitor and market trends by highlighting competitor activity,  trade opportunities (Gap Analysis) , promotional activity  and  trends.
