A new opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Developement Partner, reporting to the Senior Learning and Development Manager. This role needs to be commutable to London but will have flexibility to spend time out in the field as well as utilise our Smarter working initiative (remote working). This role will be key in delivering Learning and Development across Support Centres and Retail, through management and design of our online learning tools. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Rapidly embed technical, functional and behavioural skills in retail and support centres using current systems and making recommendations for new and updated versions.
  • Continuous improvement and evolving of Academy and other business tools
  • Build relationships with providers to ensure we are utilising all functions to maximum capacity with all learning platforms relevant to New Look
  • Evaluate all tools to measure ROI
  • Design of tools and continuous improvement of:
  • Multiple support centre functions
  • Distribution Centre & Retail
  • Consistent approach across all business areas utilising tools and platforms
  • Embed New Look  tone of voice across all  areas of learning & development
  • Partner with HR in delivering consistent Onboarding and Mandatory learning experience

What you'll need:

  • Strong ability to build capability in systems and processes, utilising learning solutions across SC departments & Retail
  • Stakeholder management and partnering with other Specialist training teams (e.g.Product (Buying, Merchandising, Design) training team, DC Training Team) to ensure continuous improvement of functional training across New Look.
  • Continuous improvement of retail operational training – processes / ways of working
  • Strong Project Manager
  • Essential that you have eLearning design expertise
  • Preferred facilitation and coaching experience
