About the role:

• Maintaining the invoice sheet ensuring all calculations and data entries is correct.
• Monthly meetings with the finance business partners and ensuring we are within budget every month.
• Review and adhere to monthly budgets. Working with stakeholders in the studio team and making sure they keep within their budget for their areas.
• Recognise any over spend and flag when necessary.
• Processing and sending invoices for approval. Keeping a record of all costs and being able to recognise any costs that come through for different departments.
• Being the point of contact for model agencies and freelancers, answering queries regarding invoicing.
• Managing all payment enquiries and ensuring the terms and conditions are understood.
• Raising purchase orders, on time and submitting within the period of work.
• Send out weekly reminders for outstanding invoices.
• Suggests changes and improvement to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
• Setting up new vendors, managing the form requirements, and making sure legalities are followed.

About you:

• Experience in similar environment.
• Experience working with external suppliers.
• Experience in excellent time keeping and keeping to strict deadlines.
• Highly organised and self-starter.  Able to work well and motivate as part of a team in a highly pressurised environment.
• The willingness to demonstrate initiative.
