What we are looking for:
As our London South Regional Business Manager, you will demonstrate the commercial hunger and energy to drive regional performance and deliver operational excellence, putting your customers at the heart of everything you do.You will develop and deliver the regions’ business plan and lead your team to success. The environment for success is created by you -  by leading our people to encompass our brand values and ultimately deliver a fantastic customer experience and a strong business performance.Your region will have around  14 stores and you will have accountability for delivering against the P&L and consistent best practice.


How you will make it happen:


Commercial Performance – You will lead and drive performance and spend time in store with your Store Managers, gaining insight, managing performance and driving the business forward while liaising with the Central Operations team to understand the retail activity plans and assisting stores to execute right first time. You will lead your team to success across all our KPI’s relating to customer experience, revenue generation, cost management and compliance measures. You will share our passion for faultless execution and delivery, accountability for performance, making and communicating difficult decisions . You will also require the commercial acumen which will help you deliver excellent P & L results. You will conduct periodic profit and loss reviews  with all stores and actions agreed to drive improvement and accountability.


Customers – You will develop a customer first culture throughout the region to include all channels. You’ll champion our customer first mind set and ensure that this is instilled across your teams and your strategy.


People – You will lead and develop a team of store managers who will be able to consistently deliver your strategy ensuring they fully embrace the plans in place. You will maximise time in-store working with store teams to support, coach, direct & challenge our people in equal measures and will bring out the best in them to help deliver an exceptional employee and customer experience.


What you will need:
•Ability to inspire and create a winning mind set across a team with demonstrable experience in translating strategy and vision into local meaningful plans and actions
•Strong track record of retail management and detailed awareness of store and regional processes
• Solid commercial awareness and successful business management track record
• Experience of multi-site management and managing a large P&L

• Proven ability to influence and communicate at all levels of a business

• Ability to set direction and create an environment and culture for high customer satisfaction and successful business performance
•Experienced people manager, who identifies and manages poor performance swiftly and effectively
•Passion for flawless execution and delivery
•Solutions focussed  and innovative
