The Role:

Drive and manage end-to-end planning and execution of inspiring, distinctive & market-leading brand & marketing activity across all customer touchpoints for New Look in partnership with the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager.

• Deliver multi- channel brand & marketing activity in line with the critical path process in partnership with stakeholders across the business
• Lead inspiring, insight-led concept briefs and support the channel briefing process through the creative studio to land impactful on-brand activity across the customer journey
• Work closely with customer insight, ecommerce and performance teams to deliver and measure activity using data & analytics to inform all briefs and track results
• Support local marketing initiatives in partnership with Marketing Ops and Retail
• Coordinate regular reviews to optimise future activity in partnership with Marketing Ops
• Monthly budget management for brand media and partnership activity
• Monitor and track the competitor and broader retail landscape
• Suggest rich reactive opportunities to respond to customers and non-customers to drive brand fame and recognition
• Support the creation of a digital first asset and production plan, briefing creative and production to fulfil multi- channel requirements.
• Briefing relevant agencies including in-house creative and photography.
• Marketing planning and execution for all channels across all touchpoints for the complete customer journey seasonal, topical and commercial - includes brand activation, trade and promotions planning.
• Category and Trade planning and delivery to ensure that strategic trading periods are supported and communicated, support the key category focus and work closely with BMD
• Undertake competitor reviews, to ensure we remain ahead of our competitors.
• Work alongside the Social and PR team to brief and execute effective Influencer campaigns and content projects.
• Brand guardian for New Look across all customer touchpoints
• Drive category marketing plans for all divisions including our ‘Famous For’ product areas
• Drive marketing plans to support our ‘New Look Kind’ CSR proposition
• Shape and deliver seasonal insight-driven brand & product marketing plans on time to meet cross-functional objectives in partnership with Marketing Ops
• Partner with CRM, Content & Editorial to deliver brand stories and assets across the full omnichannel marketing mix
• Develop and manage event activations, partnerships, ambassadors & sponsorships to drive brand saliency in partnership with PR
• Deliver seasonal brand media planning and execution
• Work closely with Buying, Merchandising & Design to drive brand & marketing activity that delivers against key commercial product objectives
• Work closely with VM and styling to deliver brand plans.

About You:

Minimum level of education or qualifications
• Bachelor-level degree (ideally in the fields of brand, marketing, media or digital)
• Retail experience a plus

Essential skills/knowledge
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in digital retail and media
• Acute creative acumen and flair
• Proven understanding of the omnichannel marketing mix
• Insight driven and commercially aware
• Strong visual and verbal communication

Desirable Skills/knowledge
• Content production
• Budget management
• Line management
