The Store
As our Colliers Wood Deputy Manager, you will support in leading and inspiring a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed.  Our Colliers Wood store has been our customers go to destination for the latest looks and must-haves for 12 years.
The Role:
You will work closely with your store manager along with your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion. You will create a team who support one another and deliver results…whilst having fun along the way!
You will be accountable for the your contribution to store performance, by working alongside your Store Manager to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win!
About you:
You have previous deputy/supervisor management experience
You have a track record of effectively leading and managing a team
You identify yourself as a New Look brand adorer
You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPI’s and key objectives
